We understand that unexpected things can come up! No need to stress. Deposits for parties are refundable within the initial 72 hours of booking. Deposits are non-transferable to other services and are due at the time of booking. There are no refunds after 72 hours. For parties that have requested additional entertainment there are no refunds for the entertainment portion of your invoice. Additionally, we provide flexible cancellation and rescheduling policies. Our main goal is to see you at the Activity Centre for your new big event!

To ensure the safety of the children and to avoid overcrowding, only 20 children are recommended to attend. The maximum number of guests that can attend is 50.

Yes, outside food and drinks are permitted. Nut products are strictly prohibited.

While our party space is already colourful, the basic table set up for “Play and Create” and “Ultimate Play and Create” packages includes plates, cups, cutlery, napkins, and matching single colour or generic balloon design table cloths.

For “Let’s Just Play” plates, cups, cutlery, napkins etc are not included but can be purchased for $25.

Our parties are normally celebrated for children ages 1– 5. Activities are suitable for children to adults. We encourage adults to interact with their children and join the fun! For older children, we can arrange age appropriate activities and crafts, Nerf or dance parties, or movie nights. The possibilities are endless!

Midtown’s Tiny Tots is a shoe free facility. Everyone including parents must wear socks or indoor slippers inside the facility. We do not allow bare feet or outdoor shoes in the playspace. Socks are available for purchase at the front desk.

Midtown’s Tiny Tots does provide staff to supervise the children and assist with crafting during birthday parties. All children must still be supervised by a parent or an adult.

We accept cash, e-transfers and Debit Interac. We gladly accept all major credit cards with an additional administration fee of 3%. **A 3% cash discount will be applied for parties paid in full **

You may arrive 20-30 minutes prior to your party starting. Please do not invite your guests to arrive early. Your package includes all the supplies needed to get your party started. Our staff will have your room prepared before your party begins and will be happy to assist you with your party room needs if you have something specific in mind.

Additional playtime is not included with parties unless otherwise arranged. All guests must check out at the end of the party slot to allow for the next party to enter.

Private events start and end strictly at your allocated rental times. Please book enough time to cover additional entertainment and set up/clean down of additional items you wish to bring.

Please refrain from using piñatas, confetti and silly string within the facility. Failure to comply will result in a $75 cleaning fee being charged to your credit card.

Please note absolutely no face paints. These damage our soft play equipment.

Gratuity is not included. Tips for your party host(s) are greatly appreciated.

Yes, as long as it can be set up and cleaned up within your allotted party time. If you want anything to hang on the walls, we require that you bring wall putty (no tape or tacks allowed). We do not allow confetti, glitter, or piñatas.
